Doug Nixon and Joel Stephens had the opportunity to attend the Self Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE) Conference, June 7 through 9, 2018. The SABE conference is a national self-advocacy conference that was held in Birmingham, Alabama this year. This was an incredible experience with numerous fantastic speakers, workshops, and exhibitors. AIDB was a platinum sponsor for the event and we were proud to be able to participate. There was incredible amounts of information and opportunities to network with people and companies from around the country.
